We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Rugs must be in original, unused condition to qualify for a refund.

While we strive for high-resolution photography, colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings and lighting conditions in your home. We recommend viewing products on multiple screens if color matching is critical.
